Our first priority is to equip our active members with tools to bring great ideas and communities to life.  As you all know, there are countless interesting people and events already happening in the Columbia region. We want to make sure there are ample opportunities to gather and we want to do so as easily and effectively as possible with your support.  

If you have an idea for a Coffee & Conversation gathering, a happy hour, or connection with a globally-connected guest speaker, we'd like you to begin with completing the attached form to help us best assist you in making your idea a reality.

Here are our current volunteer committees and further details about each committee:
Coffee & Conversations: Gather at a local coffee shop to hear CWAC members share their travel/ international experiences with other enthusiastic residents and visitors. 

Happy Hours: An opportunity for existing and interested members to connect and celebrate our rich and multi-cultural community of local libations.

Hospitality Team: With the 50+ international visitors we welcome to our region yearly through our various programs, we have abundant opportunity for CWAC members to meet our guests and offer true Southern hospitality. Whether it's tagging along to meetings with regional leaders, visits to the zoo or Main Street, or even hosting in your home, we are more than happy to help you build your international network and bridge new friendships!

Membership Team: Sometimes the best gift you can give to our mission is to spread the word of our unique and vibrant network! There are tons of globally-minded and enthusiastic community members who have yet to hear of us, and we know the best way to engage them is through our member base. We'll provide some tools and opportunities to aid you in this pursuit, stay tuned!
